By booking a cleaning with Cosmo Clean, you agree to our Customer Service Agreement and Cancellation, Rescheduling & Damage Policy, which are presented and must be accepted before your first booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, may be subject to a fee as described in the Cancellation Policy provided at booking.
Pricing shown at booking is based on the information you provide. If the actual condition or scope of the job differs materially from what was described, we may propose an adjusted price before continuing work.
Cosmo Clean works with independent contractor cleaners. We take reasonable care in selecting our cleaning partners but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from a cleaning visit.
